Lee Mulvey is the CEO and owner of Optimal HR and a proud Aboriginal woman. Her mob is Bundjalung from Grafton on the mid-north coast of NSW. She was born and raised on Gadigal land in Sydney, and currently lives on Yuin Country on a small rural property with her husband and beloved menagerie.
A highly qualified and respected Human Resources professional with 20 years’ experience in corporate, professional services, SME and NFP industries, Lee is passionate about Aboriginal matters, life-long learning and supporting individuals to achieve their aspirations through coaching and mentoring. She is a skilled leader, has managed remote teams, and influences the HR strategies of organisations by providing trusted advice to Leaders, Executives and Boards.
Lee is an NMAS Accredited Mediator, MAICD, Certified Executive Coach, and holds a Bachelor of Training & Development (Adult Education).
